Turn on the power switch at the bottom of the product, and it will automatically enter pairing mode. Open Bluetooth settings on your computer or device, search for "SHOW COME" device and click to connect. After the first pairing, the product will automatically connect next time you use it.
Our wireless products use energy-efficient design. AM50 can be used continuously for about 29-35 days, AM50 Ultra for 13-17 days, and T8 Spark for 50 days. Actual battery life depends on usage intensity and RGB lighting settings.
Please visit our official website to download the SHOW COME driver software. After installation, you can customize button functions, adjust RGB lighting effects, and set commands through the software.
Yes, the product supports connecting to 3 devices simultaneously. You can quickly switch connection methods using the device switch button at the bottom.
Use a dry soft cloth to gently wipe the product surface. For keyboards, regularly use compressed air to clean dust from the gaps between keycaps. Do not use cleaning agents containing alcohol or solvents to avoid damaging the product surface and coating.
SHOW COME products provide after-sales warranty service. The warranty covers product material and manufacturing defects. To apply for warranty, please contact our customer service team and provide proof of purchase.
If voice dictation works but translation/commands don't, try the following:
1. Check if the assistant is the latest version
2. It may be a network issue, try changing the network
3. If you have a proxy, try exiting or adding proxy information
4. Check if the computer timezone matches

Troubleshooting

Device not recognized by computer

1. Check if the USB cable is securely connected
2. Try changing USB port or using a different USB cable
3. Check Device Manager for unknown devices
4. Update or reinstall the driver

Bluetooth connection unstable

1. Ensure the device is within 10 meters of the computer
2. Keep away from other Bluetooth devices or WiFi routers to reduce interference
3. Update the computer's Bluetooth driver
4. Delete paired devices and re-pair

Voice function not responding

1. Check if system microphone permissions are granted
2. Confirm network connection is normal
3. Check if the microphone is being used by another program
4. Test the microphone in system sound settings
